Overthrow - an attempt to repair scrolling regions on mobiles

The guys over at the jQuery Mobile project recently made me aware of the Overthrow initiative at Filament Group (the main guys behind jQuery) to resolve the internal scrolling issues being experienced on so many mobile devices:
